I hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University, where I specialized in User Experience and developed a strong foundation in research, interaction design, and web technologies. My background combines systems thinking with hands-on product design, allowing me to work across complex platforms ( AI-driven tools and admin interfaces) to customer-facing digital experiences.

Over the past several years, I have collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape scalable solutions, contribute to design systems, and lead workshops that align teams around user needs and business goals. My work often sits at the intersection of technical workflows and usability, where clarity, structure, and thoughtful interaction design make the biggest impact.
